　　Performance and benefits:

　　1. The filter material is high-strength ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper with thermoplastic bonding process and water repellent coating treatment.

　　2. The patented technology of hot rolling and optimized V-pleated paper structure ensure that the filtering area can be fully utilized and the dust can be evenly distributed in the filter material, and the flow is uniform, and the pressure drop rises very slowly. This means that it has a long service life, high cost performance and operation stability.

　　3. The folding paper with stable structure and the plastic frame with anti deformation are integrally molded to ensure the ultra-high rupture strength and safety, and prevent the dust particles from leaking. The flange edge of the unique design is convenient for the installation and replacement of the filter. The double-sided protective net can minimize the risk of filter material damage.

　　4. In addition to 25 mm thick standard flange frame, we have 20.5 mm thick or no flange edge filter to choose from. In addition, Pu sealing strip and water barrier can be pasted as required to prevent the water inhaled from entering the air outlet surface of the filter paper.

　　5. The whole filter will not corrode and can be burned completely, because it does not contain any metal parts, and the plastic of the outer frame and protective net does not contain halogen.

　　6. The VILEDON ® maxipela cartridge filter is not biologically active, prevents bacteria from breeding and meets all the hygienic requirements of EN 13779 and VDI 6022 for HVAC systems.
