The general office of Jiangsu provincial government recently issued the revised emergency plan for heavy pollution weather in Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as the emergency plan), which divides the emergency warning of heavy pollution weather from low to high into three levels: III, II and I, which are marked with yellow, orange and red respectively.
Among them, red warning is the highest level. The release condition is that the average value of the air quality index (AQI) of the cities and districts in the next 96 hours is predicted to be more than 200, or the average value of the AQI of the cities and districts in the next 24 hours is predicted to be more than 450, or the hourly concentration of sulfur dioxide in the cities and districts is monitored to be more than 800 μ g / m3.
After receiving the issued early warning information, the people's Government of the emergency response city shall initiate the corresponding level of emergency response measures within 3 hours, and specifically inform the public of the requirements for health protection, suggestive and mandatory pollutant emission reduction.
During the emergency response period, it is recommended that children, pregnant women, the elderly and susceptible people with respiratory diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases stay indoors. Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens shall stop physical education and outdoor activities. Ordinary people shall avoid outdoor activities and outdoor operators shall carry out protection. Take public transport as much as possible to reduce the number of cars on the road, turn off the engine in time when parking, and reduce the idling time of vehicles in place. No barbecue in the open air, no fireworks and firecrackers
